  I lucked out with Katie as my seller’s agent. First, we clicked in our communication. I had interviewed three other realtors before speaking with Katie. Within two minutes, she and I were talking as if we had already signed an agreement to work together. When it came to staging my house, Katie’s experience resulted in a home-to-show that would attract buyers of various sorts but still reflected my life in this home that had served me well for more than 18 years. We used my furniture and art, and made a few very minor changes in furniture placement. Oh yes! Katie banished one of my favorite floor lamps to the garage. The house sold quickly and above list price. However, that sale wasn’t completed.
