  I lucked out with Katie as my seller’s agent. First, we clicked in our communication. I had interviewed three other realtors before speaking with Katie. Within two minutes, she and I were talking as if we had already signed an agreement to work together. When it came to staging my house, Katie’s experience resulted in a home-to-show that would attract buyers of various sorts but still reflected my life in this home that had served me well for more than 18 years.
