Peak Swirles & Cavallito Properties was founded in 1993 by Susan Peak, Sudi Swirles, and Ann Cavallito. Their shared vision of a full-service company dedicated to the highest quality of attention and service for their clients remains steadfast today. Sudi Swirles retired at the end of 2024, leaving behind a lasting legacy of dedication to her industry and community. The firm is currently composed of twenty knowledgeable and skilled associates with a wide range of expertise and experience in residential brokerage.
